The deal

You pay to place a link you have the right to promote on a public leaderboard. Rank is decided by the amount paid — nothing else.
A completed payment is what takes a rank. Until payment completes, no spot is held for you.
Payments are final and non-refundable. Being moved down by a higher payment is part of the product, not a fault.
Anyone can take your spot at any time by paying more. Your listing stays on the board at whatever rank your total supports.

Allowed: a page for something you made — an app, song, artwork, idea, product, project or profile.
Not allowed: adult content, chat-invite links, link shorteners, illegal or harmful content.
Malicious links get you blocked for good. Malware, phishing or fake sign-in pages, scams, and links that redirect somewhere else after listing: the listing is removed, the payment is not refunded, and the buyer is permanently blocked from the board.
Tracking query parameters are stripped from listing links. Outgoing clicks carry ?ref=topisyours.com so you can see the traffic we send you.
We may remove listings that break these rules — without refund.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Before disputing: if anything about your purchase is wrong, write to us first — we answer fast. Chargebacks on delivered placements are contested with delivery records (days live, clicks sent).
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We store only what the board needs: your link, category, title, amounts and payment references.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live.
You must have the right to promote the link you submit. Submitting someone else’s work as your own is a breach of these terms.
Repeated submissions that our content check refuses may be rate-limited or blocked.

You keep every right you had in your own work. You give topisyours permission to display the title, description and link you submit, and to show them in screenshots or posts about the board.
You are responsible for what your link leads to, including after you change it. A link that becomes harmful after listing is removed.
No traffic is promised. You are paying for a position on a public page, not for a number of visitors, clicks, sales or outcomes.
Visit and click counts on the board are our own best-effort measurements. They are not audited and may differ from your analytics.

topisyours is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not promise the board will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
We may change, pause or end the board, any topic, or any feature at any time. If we end the board entirely we will say so on this site.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of topisyours is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the listing the claim concerns.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales or lost reputation.
You are responsible for claims arising from the content you submit, including claims that it infringes someone else’s rights.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We are committed to an inclusive board and are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Parts of the site may not yet fully meet that standard. We review and improve it as the site grows.
If anything here blocks you — a control you cannot reach by keyboard, text you cannot read, an image without a description — write to [email protected] and we will fix it and reply.
Tell us what you were trying to do and what device or assistive technology you use. It makes the fix much faster.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version live when you pay is the one that applies to that payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
